reduce your monthly payments or help release cash from your house?
If not, we recommend that you do so prior to entering into a sale and rent back agreement.
- Have you considered selling your house on the open market and
moving out?
Again, most of
the time, home owners have considered this option. This is the best route to achieving full
market value for your home. However, you
would have to move home, incurring the significant costs that go with the
upheaval.
