We look at every case individually but we usually offer 70%-80% of the survey value of the property. It is in our interests as investors for people to stay long term. Although this is a discount on what you may achieve with an estate agent, you will not have to pay legal fees, estate agents fees, marketing fees or do any refurbishment before the sale.
These costs can be up to 10% of the value of your home.
