We look at every case individually but the offer is usually a set percentage of an independent market valuation of the property. Although the price may be less than what you will achieve with an estate agent, you will not have to pay legal fees, estate agents fees, marketing fees or do any refurbishment before the sale.
These costs can be up to 10% of the value of your home.
