Rent Back Scotland are members of the Scottish Association of Landlords .
What is this? The Scottish association of Landlords is a body that was set up to provide guidance to landlords on current issues affecting the sector. They provide advice on policy, new legislation and safety within the sector. The benefits of this for the tenants are that if the legislation changes, the landlord will find out ahead of time and provide a better service. Visit their website for more information. Rent Back Scotland is also part of the Landlord Registration Scheme. The law now requires that all landlords in Scotland register themselves and their properties with the Landlord Registration Scheme. Many landlords are still to do this but we can assure you that we are fully registered and up to date.
