Your options?
Is Sell and Rent Back my only option I believe that Sell and Rent Back should not be your only option. There are other scenarios that you should consider along side Selling and Renting Back.
 
For example, have you sought independent advice to see if you can reduce your monthly payments or release cash from your house? If not, I recommend that you do so prior to entering into a sale and rent back agreement.
 
  • Or have you considered selling your house on the open market and moving out?
Again, most of the time, home owners may have considered this option. This is usually the best route to achieving full market value for your home.   However, you would have to move home, incurring the costs that go with the upheaval. 
  
  • Have you considered the Government mortgage rescue schemes?
I recommend that you have a look at these.  They do not suit all circumstances but should be investigated.
… and there may be other options available to you that we can discuss in detail – Sale and Rent Back should not be considered as a first option.
